Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when you or the third party acquires physical possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email:

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through our customer account orders page: Withdraw from contract. Sign in, open the relevant order, and submit a cancellation or return request. When you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay. The acknowledgement will include the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We do not reimburse additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. After your withdrawal declaration, we will send you the correct return address and return instructions. Please do not send goods to an address that has not been confirmed for your return. Requesting or waiting for these instructions does not affect the validity of your withdrawal declaration or the withdrawal deadline.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we expressly provide a free return label, or the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

How to Submit a Return or Cancellation Request

Use https://account.renessy.de/orders or email hello@renessy.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. The online service accepts cancellation requests for unfulfilled items and return requests for eligible fulfilled items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected. We cover the necessary return cost where required by law.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where a legal exception applies. This may include goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery and all statutory requirements for the exception are met. Discounted items are not excluded from statutory withdrawal rights merely because they were discounted.
